Offering choices and perks shows you put employees first
Challenge
The HR Director for RW Garcia wanted to have a more well-rounded insurance program for their employees. Besides just offering medical, she wanted to enhance all other insurance options and perks for employees. She challenged us to find better dental, vision, and disability options for RW Garcia. Also, she wanted to offer value-added services that would help make the employer illustrate how much they cared for each employee.

Strategy
Benely has relationships with the top ancillary insurance providers in the marketplace. Because their current offerings lacked the network strength they needed for their national employees, we needed to find larger carriers that were in more geographical locations. We shopped full insurance packages with Guardian, MetLife, Principal, Humana and Unum. On top of that, by having them switch to us as they broker, we could get their employees the added perks they desired.
Results
Through our analysis and benchmarking, the resulting choice was to go with Guardian to round out their insurance portfolio. Also, we added HR consulting services, wellness programs, and implemented a corporate discounts program that would give employees access to discounted theme parks, movie theaters, restaurants and more.
