The challenge for the group was administering the benefits on an ongoing basis, which was both easy for the employer and employees. They needed to explore multiple platforms that Benely partners with to see what best fits their strategy and needs moving forward

At Woom, 0% of the bike parts have been specially developed for children and produced exclusively for Woom in order to match the specific needs and anatomies of children. This means fun and adventure are guaranteed on every ride!

Strategy
We first analyzed their current benefits administration process and realized that it was in need of more seamless automation. We reached out to a few platform partners to demo with Woom Bikes and landed on the best solution to help manage open enrollment and ongoing administration throughout the year. We partnered with Ease as it filled the gaps in their current process.
Results
Our work empowered each employee with the right tools and gave them the comfort of having a all their benefits plans and costs in one central location. This helped dramatically reduce the time to manage the benefits enrollment process both at open enrollment and during the year. The HR team now has a both a detailed and broad view of their benefits program, which in turn helps with budgeting and forecasting moving forward.
