OBEY Clothing’s progressive designs influence pop culture and social trends. Their HR department needed more tools and resources to keep them compliant with the changing healthcare and HR landscape.   

Strategy

After review, we realized they needed access to Certified HR professionals that will help with compliance, update employee handbooks and support any day-to-day HR related questions they have. 

Results

OBEY achieved ACA compliance and established an HR partner moving forward.  We gave them access to live certified HR professionals and ACA support experts.  This enabled them to get consulted on ACA reporting obligations and support on everyday HR issues and questions.  We’re proud to have helped OBEY connect even more with their employees.
